Welcome to ABC Fitness LTD, North Yorkshires premier Military Boot Camp. Located in the Idyllic surroundings of Swaledale, the 100 acre training estate facilitates residential weight loss packages and corporate team building events. The exclusive Haybarn accommodation is home for residential clients and will include Health & Beauty treatments during your stay.

The physical training programme is structured to meet the individual, and our client to instructor ratio is excellent. All instructors are ex military and are highly qualified with years of experience in the fitness business.

The training packages will naturally result in weight loss and unlike other boot camps on the market ABC Fitness aim to educate and give understanding to the importance of a healthier lifestyle, our nutritionist and chef will give advice on dietary choice and preparation of healthy food. Clients will continue to be supported once you have departed the Haybarn via our members’ area of the site.
